Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to respond to enquiries, deliver engagements and keep this site working. That includes:

• Information you give us, name, work email, company and a brief about your project, when you fill in the contact form.
• Engagement information, anything you share with us under an active engagement, governed by the signed agreement.
• Technical information. IP address, browser, device type and pages visited, used only to keep the site secure and measure broad usage.

Information collected through this site is used to respond to you, run the engagement we agree on, and improve how the site itself works. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

We may use anonymised, aggregated information (for example, “most enquiries this quarter were AI automation projects”) for our own internal reporting.

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies make the site work, for example, remembering your cookie choice. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful, and are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Some operations rely on trusted providers, for hosting, email delivery, analytics and form submissions. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and only handles what’s strictly required.

Categories of providers used today: cloud hosting, transactional email, web analytics, customer support tooling. The full list is available on request to hello@mativeinc.com.

You can, at any time, ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that’s wrong.
• Delete it, where we’re not legally required to keep it.
• Stop using it for a particular purpose.
• Receive a copy in a portable format.

Email hello@mativeinc.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and we’ll respond within one business day.

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months unless an engagement begins, in which case it falls under the engagement record-keeping schedule. Engagement data is kept for the duration of the agreement and seven years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and there’s no legal reason to retain it.
